1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Little Roars (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If a child uses the App, a parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for account setup, permissions, purchases, and supervision.
2. Who Can Use Little Roars
Little Roars is designed for users aged 4–16. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage accounts or profiles for users under 13. Information entered in an account or profile is handled under our Privacy Policy. Location features must be enabled only by a parent and are not available to child or unknown-age users.
3. Profile Information
A parent may provide account information, profile information, date of birth, and other data needed for selected App features. The data practices, parental choices, and deletion process are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Little Roars for personal, non-commercial, in-home entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All sounds, illustrations, stories, characters, and games within Little Roars are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without permission.
6. Advertising
The free version may display child-appropriate, non-personalised advertising. Ads for children and users of unknown age must use Google Play Families Self-Certified Ads SDKs and must be clearly distinguishable from App content. They must not use behavioural profiling, remarketing, accidental-click designs, or inappropriate content. Certain subscription tiers may reduce or remove advertising, as shown in the App at purchase.
7. Subscriptions & Purchases
Little Roars may offer optional monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.
- The price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms shown in Google Play or the relevant store at checkout apply.
- Payment is charged by Google Play or the relevant store, not by Little Roars. We do not store payment-card details.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the store account that made the purchase. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the store says otherwise. Refunds are handled under the store's refund policy and applicable law.
- A parental gate must be completed before a child can reach a purchase flow.
8. Parental Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the App, managing permissions and location features, and reviewing any purchase or subscription made through their device account.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer rights. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Little Roars is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
10. Termination
A parent may request account and child-profile deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Ending an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use after changes take effect is subject to applicable law.
